The Resolver was updated along with both libs. The libs now do mild sanity checks but more are needed and maybe soem cleanups. A new MAINTAINERS file has been added. Add yourself if you want to be included, same with the CREDITS file. Yes the format was taken from the Linux kernal, it's a great, easy, and well organized format. The ScreenShots area also had some cleanup. Projects EggDropWeb, ServicesWeb, and IRCdWeb have been added as well.

Yes, the entire site for PHP:IRC is still mid construstion. The functionality is almost done, design is secondary.
