The administration screen allows you to ban abusive users on CGI:IRC and also PHP:IRC's applet. You are also able to both decode and encode PHP:IRC and CGI:IRC ids and IPs. This allows for you to catch ones that ban hop if you are a channel operator or akill/kline/gline hop if you are a IRCop or administrator of a network. You may also wish to look into the X-Chat plugin so you can easily catch abusive users without needing to use the administration screen and in the future to access the administration screen with the plugin.

This administration screen also has and/or will have the modules for the EggDrop, Services, and IRCd but disabled by default. They also come with their own administration screens.
