The mIRC script allows you to decode and encode users on CGI:IRC and PHP:IRC's so you are able to the ids and IPs. This allows for you to catch ones that ban hop if you are a channel operator or akill/kline/gline hop if you are a IRCop or administrator of a network. In the future the script will be able to access the administration screen.
